7 Months
Lizah B is almost eight months and continues to grow and change as much as before! I thought she'd slow down a bit around six months but that doesn't seem to be the case.
We continue to struggle with nighttime sleeping. After Lizah turned six months we tried going without the swaddle. For the most part it went alright, some nights she just has a really hard time falling into a deep sleep without twitching or startling awake. I was rocking her for a while then decided it would be nice if she could put herself down and stay asleep. So we tried the cry-it-out method which worked after a few nights but then she got sick for several weeks and I have a hard time letting a sick baby cry. Now I rock her or pat her in the crib and she usually sleeps until 5-5:30. I know someday when we're dealing with attitude issues I'll wish I could scoop her up in my arms and I try to remember that when she just won't. fall. asleep.
Lizah loves to eat and thankfully is not a picky eater. She has turned her nose up at prunes and kiwis but otherwise will mostly eat what is in front of her. Including green onion, refried beans, and other strong flavors.
Another silly phase she went through was scrunching up her nose and then sniffing. She still does it sometimes but not as much as those first few days!

This was another phase. Except usually she wasn't wearing shoes so she sucked straight on her big toe.
